Specify day/time is best for the Member Meeting

Please use the form below to record your preference of which days of the week and times you would like to have for the member meeting. There has been a recommendation that we combine the AiA Member Meeting and the AiA Art Gallery Co-op Member meeting into the same day meeting day and hold them one right after the other. The AiA Art Gallery Co-op meeting will start immediately after the AiA Member meeting.

The default is to keep the 3rd Tuesday of the month for both meetings.

The 5:30 time will allow people who get off at 5:00 to make the meet and greet, but the 5:00 start time keeps the meetings ending sooner in the evening.

Change Meeting Day/Time

This form is used to identify the best date and time our AiA Member and AiA Art Gallery Member meetings in order to see if we can strike a balance for the most efficient use of member times and quality/content of the meetings. We can leave them as they are or change the dates or times, or even combine them into one evening or afternoon. We are seeking to understand what would be best use of your time and to provide the most benefit of time spent in the meetings.

Combine Meeting Days?
Should we combine Meeting Days or leave them separate as they are now? Combining will reduce the number of meetings – leaving separate can provide better quality in the presentations with longer time for speaker/educational talks.
Times of the Day
Start the AiA Member Meeting meet and greet at 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 with the business portion of the meeting starting at 5:30 , 6:00 or 6:30 during the week or start at 10:00 or 2:00 on Saturday. The AiA Art Gallery (co-op) Member meeting immediately follows the AiA Member Meeting. The thought was that keeping the existing 6:00 may make the two meetings in the same evening run longer into the evening.
