Survey to get feedback on a potential change in meeting day and time
We are looking for feedback on a potential change to our winter hours to be on Sunday. Previously we voted, but a vary small margin, decided to go back to Tuesdays all year. We have had a request to revisit holding the Member meetings on Sunday for the Winter. Zoom is now available to users who can not drive in the evening winter hours on Tuesday so they can still attend the meetings – just virtually via Zoom. Please respond to the questions below to help us make the decision to Stay on Tuesday all year or to have Winter hours on Sunday.
Change Meeting Winter Hours
This form is used to identify the best day for our AiA Member and AiA Art Gallery Member meetings in order to see if we can strike a balance for the most efficient use of member times and quality/content of the meetings. We can leave them as they are for Tuesday, meeting at 5:00 all year long, or change the day to Sundays, meeting at 3:00 for the Winter to keep the meetings from lasting until past dark. We are seeking to understand what would be best use of your time and to provide the most benefit of time spent in the meetings.
