Survey to get feedback on a potential change in meeting day and time

We are looking for feedback on a potential change to our winter hours on Saturday. We have not had much attendance on Saturdays, potentially due to conflicts for weekend activities. The casual response has been to return to Tuesdays in order to free up weekends for other activities. Zoom is now available to users who can not drive in the evening winter hours so they can still attend the meetings – just virtually via Zoom. Please respond to the questions below to help us make the decisions.


Change Meeting Winter Hours

This form is used to identify the best day for our AiA Member and AiA Art Gallery Member meetings in order to see if we can strike a balance for the most efficient use of member times and quality/content of the meetings. We can leave them as they are or change the day back to Tuesdays. We are seeking to understand what would be best use of your time and to provide the most benefit of time spent in the meetings.

Keep Saturday Winter Hours?
Should we keep the Saturday Winter hours (11:00 am) or go back to Tuesdays (6:00pm) for all year?
