This How-to addresses your first signup for working the gallery.
AiA Art Gallery uses a website named SignUp.com to keep track of our work schedule, allow artists to swap schedules and to send out reminders of work activities.
After you have initiated your membership in the AiA Art Gallery cooperative, you might want to get an overview of the signup process. You can see that here:
The Elsinore Fine Art and Framing hours are Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 10-5. The AiA Art Gallery Hours for attending the Gallery are Mon-Fri 10-4 (2 shifts of 3 hours) and Sat 10-5 (1 shift of 7 hours).
Once you have seen the above overview, then you can go to the scheduling page here or more directly just Click here to sign up for gallery worker scheduling on Signup.com and select the Worker Slots option.
Once signed up, you will receive email notices two days in advance of your work commitment.
After signing up for gallery worker slots, you can look at other How-to sections to assist in your understanding of tasks such as swapping schedule slots with another worker or cancelling a work schedule slot if you are unable to swap work slots with another worker. If the date that you were scheduled was within two weeks of the day you cancel, please contact the scheduler if unable to work a slot.
