Be on the World Beat team. We need people who can help setup on June 23, sit the booth on the 24th & 25th, and help take the booth down on June 25 at 7:00.
All AiA members who are participating must bring your artwork to display in the booth at Riverfront Park on Friday, June 23, between 1-3 pm.
Booth setup will be Friday, June 23 from noon-4. Thank you!
Booth Shifts: Need two people for each shift. Write in your name and phone/cell #. Parking; Allow at least ½ to 1 hr. before your shift to find parking and walk to the booth. Festival Admission Pass ($? value): Sign up by NOW.
Booth Set up: Friday, June 23, 12-4
Artwork Delivery: Friday, June 23, 1-3
Fair Hours: Saturday, June 24, 10 am to 9 pm;
– Sunday, June25, 11 am to 7 pm;
Booth takedown: Sunday June, 25, 7 pm to 7:30 or 8 pm
Artwork Pickup: Sunday, June 25, 6 to 7 pm

Also, since it is going to be a Paint & Write the Town sign-in location, we would like to emphasize that PTT/WTT participants cannot sit and work on their artwork inside the booth (unless they are sitting the booth at that time) because we need to keep it open for “customers”.
