You can sign-up for multiple times on the same day to host the entire day!

The 3 signs (Two for directions and one for the check-in location) and other materials are at the Elsinore Gallery behind the desk or in the back room. You can pick them up any time before Saturday and take them to site. Remember that Elsinore is not open early in the morning – the hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so come before Saturday for pickup and be aware of the hours for returning the signs and signup box.
Set the two directional signs close to the drive into the site where artists can see them to know they’re at the right place and the check in sign near where you are set up to paint. People can sign in by checking off the box for that date, and/or adding their name if it’s their first session. They can set up to paint or create wherever they like. Be sure to return the signs and sign in sheet to the Gallery.
