Salem Area Artists - finding, sharing and creating new opportunities
Artists in Action is a nonprofit group of diverse, dedicated artists and artisans working to create stronger ties with each other and the communities of the Salem area.
Members share their achievements, ideas, inspirations, and opportunities for artists to develop, show and/or sell their work. Members participate in a variety of activities to ensure that their work becomes a visible part of life in the community.
Artists in Action is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Monthly Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, except for the month of December, when there is no member meeting.
Meetings are designed to include a topic of discussion and sharing of information that is of interest to artist members, and intended to educate and inspire creativity. Art shows and local cultural events are announced and made available to members, providing opportunities to show art, get involved in the community, and develop a greater awareness of art and culture in the Salem area.
Feel free to visit a monthly meeting and decide if this group is for you. Contact us for more information at: aia...org
